Our installation service includes dish positioning, secure mounting, alignment, and connection to your decoder using suitable cabling and an LNB. We test signal strength and picture quality to check that the setup works correctly. Your quote will explain the equipment and labour included.

A “no signal” message can result from incorrect dish alignment, loose connections, damaged cabling, or an LNB problem. Obstructions such as trees or nearby buildings can also affect reception. Our technicians can inspect the installation, identify the cause, and make the necessary adjustments or repairs.

An existing dish may be suitable if it is in good condition and correctly aligned. The LNB and cabling must also be compatible with your new decoder. Our technicians can assess your equipment and explain whether any parts need replacing.

Your dish needs a suitable position with a clear view towards the satellite, away from obstructions such as trees and buildings. The mounting surface should be sturdy enough to hold the dish securely. Our technicians assess your property and recommend a location that supports reliable reception and allows access for maintenance.

Poor reception does not always mean you need a new dish. Realignment, cable repairs, or an LNB replacement may resolve the problem. We inspect your existing setup and recommend the work needed to improve reception.
